Ryan Fox / Head Coach
Head Coach, Ryan Fox has been coaching for over 10 years in the Sheldon Community. Ryan has coached several sports and has been coaching boys and girls Lacrosse for the last 5 years. Ryan is dedicated to growing the sport of Lacrosse in the Sheldon area and has often coached more than one Lacrosse team in a season just so everyone has an opportunity to play the sport. We are excited to have Coach Fox leading the team this season!
Kyle Stucky / Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach, Kyle Stucky has been coaching for over 10 years in the Sheldon Community. Kyle has coached several sports over the years and is currently the head Varsity Wrestling Coach for Sheldon High School. Kyle was an Assistant Coach for the Lacrosse youth programs and is dedicated to growing the sport of Lacrosse in the Sheldon area. We are excited to have Coach Stucky to help lead the team this season!
Eric Alexander / Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach, Eric Alexander has coached many youth sports, in particular, coaching Lacrosse for over 6 years. He is a student of the game and spent the past 4 years traveling the US with his son who plays high-level Club Lacrosse. Eric is dedicated to growing the game and supporting student athletes in their learning and growth in this sport. We are excited to have Coach Alexander to help lead the team this season!
Nate Waldron / Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach, Nate Waldron, has been playing organized lacrosse for 11 years and coaching for the last 2. Nate grew up playing in one of the United States' hotbeds of Lacrosse in New Jersey, playing for Mad Dog, Team 91 South, BBL, and NJLC. As well as playing high school lacrosse for Red Bank Catholic High School. He decided to continue his academic career at the University of Oregon, studying Human physiology, and is currently applying to medical schools. We are excited to have Coach Waldron to help lead the team this season!
Tyler Mendenhall / Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach, Tyler Mendenhall has been playing, officiating, and coaching sports in Oregon for over 20 years. Tyler played lacrosse at Roseburg High School, Oregon State University, and currently plays for Ninkasi Tricerahops Men’s Lacrosse League here in Eugene (formerly Hop Valley Lacrosse). Over the last 4 years, Tyler has been coaching boy’s youth lacrosse for the Sheldon Community, sharing his knowledge of the game while helping develop confident, successful players. Tyler is passionate about growing the sport of lacrosse in the Sheldon area and inspiring the next generation through his love of the game. We are excited to have Coach Mendenhall to help lead the team this season!
Nick Heward / Assistant Coach
Assistant Coach, Nick Heward has coached many youth sports in the Sheldon community for over 8 years. He has played or coached lacrosse for various teams and levels for 10 years. The main focus in his lacrosse coaching has been on the defensive side of the ball, particularly the goalie position where he played in high school. Nick aims to elevate the presence of lacrosse in the Sheldon area while encouraging the next generation to develop confidence, skill, and passion through the sport. We are excited to have Coach Heward to help lead the team this season!
